Command line VB app to send email to Exchange server and then verify if email was received

Develop a VB command line application that sends an email to a MAPI server (Exchange) and then performs a login to the server and check if the email is received in the account to which the email was sent. The application may not have any GUI! The parameters are read from a file called [login to view URL] (each parameter starts on a new line). So no parameters are passed on other than from the conf file. The application outputs either OK or the error after delivering and verifying the reception of the message. Only VB6 bids are accepted. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
