Comparing Excel & Access Files

I want an application to compare two files, one master and one with minimum records. The files can be in either Microsoft Excel or Access. The interface has already been created. Also i have provided a format of an excel file to display the results. Adding a form with a progress bar to display what is happening is a plus point here. The software should be smart enough to determine it is an excel or microsoft access database. If it is not an excel or access file please display an error. Providing an ability to choose the excel sheet before comparing is again a plus point here. Same for an access database to select a Table for comparing is also a plus point. I would want a demo of the application before i accept the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98 / Me / XP Office 97 / 2000 / XP
