Complete Visual Basic Decompiler

I need a complete Visual Basic 5.0 and 6.0 decompiler. All you should need to do is point to the exe, and this software must decompile it. Every file that was created during development should be recovered including the images and resource file. I don't know how I could elaborate on it but I bet you understood. I'm willing to get this project started as soon as possible if you could do it.
