Crystal Report Expert Needed

We are looking for a Crystal Report expert to provide assistance in creating a report template. We mostly use Crystal 8.5. We have a form of the report, but need to modify it to include a 4 week rolling history. Currently report features month-to-date client data pulled from a local MS Access db. We want to keep that but also add in a 4 week rolling history. So the structure might be as follows: - top would be Month to date 3/1 to 3/27 - weekly data for 3/20-3/26 - weekly data for 3/13-3/19 - weekly data for 3/6-3/12 - weekly data for 2/27-3/5 We currently have a prompt to pick the date range, but we want it to automatically determine the 4 week rolling average based on the end date. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Crystal Reports 8.5 and MS Access db.
