Create a Login/Password for Existing Website

I own a research company where I provide documents to my clients. I would like to create a mechanism through my web site wherein my clients can access a web page having links to download each of the documents. This bid is for implementing a way for me to create and manage login and passwords for each of my customers and also the programming needed to allow my customers to log into their own personalized web pages that I have created for them through my website. I do not need for my customers to create there own passwords. Basically I will set up the account and provide them with the user name and password for them to access the webpage I set up for them. To sum up I would like to have a "Customer Downloads" link from my home page that when pressed will bring up a Login & Password Prompt, whereby after my client enters their correct information it will bring them to their personalized page where they can download pdf documents. ## Deliverables 1) Some quick training on how I can create the user accounts for my client. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): 4) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 6) A list of what software I will need to Create and edit my clients account login and Passwords. ## Platform Windows XP
