AWBS custom design,logo design,ip to country implementation. and some php recoding.

I have the AWBS sistem on my website and here is what i would want: -a new logo that is based on the company named -a custom and very good design for the website (the user part and not the administration) -2 or 3 new fields in the user signup form -an ip detection and redirection based on the country of the originating user and redirects the user to the website using the EN language or another language RO. -a very easy to customize and edit frontpage so when the packages are changed from month to month they have to be easy to modify. -a number of 3-4 banners containing the website logo and some custom design -the website logo integrated into the IE tab (see the logo into the tab) -integration of a chat client like InstantChat or LivePerson I hope i've provided enought information and if there is someting else you need to know then just pm me and i will reply.
