Auto Warranty Site

We are a car dealership in New York. We are looking to take our warranty and service contract sales online. There are already several sites out there doing this and we want to join them and eventually get ahead of them. The site need not be too complex. The number of pages will actually be quite low. The main part of the site will be an instant quote generation form for the different vehicles. We are going to be selling warranties for 3 makes of vehicles with all the models and going back about 6 years. The form must include the state customers are in, the year of the vehicle, make, model, and mileage, along with a few other questions. When users enter this information, depending the questions asked and what range the mileage falls in, we need quotes generated for our different service and warranty plans. From there we would like to give customers an option to proceed purchasing their warranty plan right on the site. We don't want the credit cards run right away because we must first verify the vehicle and order information before processing the payment. Along with the development of the quote form, we need the site designed. We can write the content and tell you what goes where, just need it built and designed.
