Build simple checkout page

We need someone to create a checkout/order page similar to the ones below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] **Please go through the process of how each one works, and see all the steps necessary to make something like it** It can be either a one page checkout like canvas on demand, or a step by step process like canvas discount. I would prefer a one page if you can. Requirements: -Be able to select different size canvas for each order -Be able to select different frames for each order -Be able to select edge style (Image wrap, black wrap, etc) -Be able to select additional services ( specials effects, etc) -Be able to upload image on the spot. -Be able to include comments to order -Update order price as each feature is selected -Checkout to Paypal account. -Very basic user order page, where customer can check status of order and upload additional images. -If you see on canvas discount, the uploaded image is displayed and you can see how every option you select changes the preview of your image. If you can do this, this is a very high priority. -On canvas discount whenever you upload an image that is too small or too low quality depending on the selected size it lets the user know that this will affect the print. If you can have this feature it is another priority. There may be other little features I have missed, but this list is the bulk of it. The graphics and everything that has to do with the visual design of the site will be taken care of by us. You don't have to do any of the graphic design work. Your priority would be to code the checkout page and all the elements that make it function. Happy bidding.
