Build a website to sell template

Hello everyone, I know this is a duplicate project but i am ajimdeveloper friend who want to build the same specification. For this project, I will handle all the hosting, and domain. I would only want the website build & design. As the same, I would like to build a website to sell services of build up a website for customer. I am a magento web developer and therefore, I want a website that have features to preview the templates that customer would like to buy from me & they can request for price with certain specification on the website that they want me to build. A perfect example that I want to build is just like [login to view URL] I want exactly like that where customers can view the template on the catalog, and go the template page itself and view all the screenshots of the website. Customer also can filter based on their attributes. A quick quote for sepcific product should be available on each product page & layered navigation. Customer also can compare all the themes. All the tab menus should be the same. If possible I would like a magento website . Since I want to sell the themes and make website for them, all the checkout one page should be remain as usual. But I want some features where customer can pay half or certain amount deposit to complete payment of the website itself. And of course, customer must be able to fill up forms to request for the services. I would also want the freelive chat
