Calendar complementation

the calendar project has grown i will need many more functionallities the client module the products module the services module the client record module this is to allow to record the client preferences of the servicies and keep track of sales and inventory. example for the service hair color tint: it will save the mixture and amount tints and products used to create that specific color that way when the client comes back and want the same they will have the correct formulation to provide with the exact same color. also this formulations will allow to control the product inventory as it will have the amount used of each product therefore the cost of goods of the service, the time used and the selling price of the service. the next visit the client may want same service with a diferent color then a new record is add to his history with the correspondant formulation for this diferent color. they can upload a pic when the job is done to complete the record in the future the client will be able to reuse any of the previous services and we will need a report of sales per day, per week, per month, semester, anually, per user, per service, per company. costs of goods of sales, and cost of labor. it will have inventory reports, per product, per product line. and it will send email reports of inventory periodically to the product vendor. the client will be reminded after x many days that its time to come back for their hair to be optimum and also to be able to send some promotions like birthday promotion, monthly promotion etc..
