We have an existing website that has a company search engine and back end that needs to be modified. It's just a matter of changing the colors and moving some of the layout items to different areas to create a different website. However, the back end (database and most code) will stay the same. The website is done in PHP and some CodeIgniter we believe (not sure). The selected freelancer will have the opportunity to continue work on this and be selected before others for future projects. Ability to voice chat on Skype a plus. Thanks, Neo
