I am looking for an experienced CodeIgniter/PHP developer to assist with building a component of a project. The project is an in-house chat/news program. I will be building the iOS component/front end but I am looking for someone to help build the Central Webservices that will support handling of the chat messages and news items between chat users, and also an administrative GUI to allow addition of news articles, and restrictions on chat users. Specific items to be built are: • Authentication of users (including administration of login details/passwords & restricting use of messaging/news service) • Provide an encrypted list of available contacts that are able to receive messages • Receiving of incoming encrypted messages from employee devices • Decrypting and checking of message authentication details • Forwarding of message to recipient • Alerting Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) of a new message for receiving employee • Administration (adding /deleting) of news items including alerting APNS on new article Please feel free to message me for more information.
