Copy all data from Rote-Liste.de and make new own webpage

We are looking for somebody who can parse all data from [login to view URL] (we have an account) into a database, where rote-liste is the directory of all medicals / pharmaceuticals in gErmany. So you will find any medicine / pharmaceutical you can get in a pharmacy in that list. I always hated the rote-liste webpage, where I want that you think of a better concept and create a better looking webpage out of the data from route-liste. I also want you to create an import tool, you will run in another 6 months for us (where u probably get another order - and after 6 months maybe as well... because we always want to have their data!) - I just always want to have the ROTE LISTE data in my database for my webpage... I also need a user accounting system, because only registered users should be able to browse my webpage of ROTE LISTE and see all entries. Unregistered users may not see all or somehow don't be able to browse the list of manufacturers, browse the emergency numbers, browse the PZN numbers (ID numbers of the medicine) etc... there should just be ******* on that field if the user is unregistered, where registered users should be grouped into: standard - user, doctor - user (a doctor can see all data), pharma manufacturer (a manufacturer can add products and add to his products the "Beipackzettel" (which is the description which is packed with every medicine in the same package) and add pictures of the a) package, b) pill / liquid / etc... (just the thing you have to take...), c) additional pictures (which are uncategorized)... It should be possible that users can apply for an account as doctor via Webinterface of course, where they must be able to upload their ID card and their cetification that they are a doctor with a license... I need a nice design and a good concept for viewing the data... Part 2 of that project would be: * Please try to get me directories from other countries in the world of all pharmaceuticals you can get there in this country... The substance which is inside (like Acetaminophen = Paracetamol is in definetely 1000 different products, so all these products are the same and it should be easily possible to browse them and find out in which country what kind of medicine is the cheapest... The project should be for the beginning made just based on the [login to view URL] database, where I tell you, that you are finished in some days, so for the first I would like to start with 250,- USD for the beginning as budget and after that when you make part 2 of the project we add another 150,- USD, where for updates and V1.0 of the project you definetely get another 200,- USD... Do you have any experience in getting access to pharmacy-lists in the world - like from various countries? like I need data and lists from all around the world, because I want to know which is the cheapest source and medicine! Just bid for just part1 = max. 250,- USD to get started... Thanks!
