Create Booking Website for Start Taxi Up Company - repost 2

You will need to be very good with wordpress customization and themes. My budget is $450 I want a quote system installed I will provide the scripts/software from 3rd party to integrate into site I have a company logo to be put on to site. I will need header and banner graphics for the site promoting certain special offer services. The design needs to be clean, easy to use and web 2.0 ready. There will be 5+ pages. To get an idea of what we are looking for in terms of simplicity of design [login to view URL] we want ours to look more web 2.0 ready with social media. Needs to lead the customer to the quote and design needs to demonstrate a professional family run taxi company. Something in style of these moden looking taxi quote sites - [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] You will need to create some slider graphics which needs to be done by graphics professional and again help convert browsers into making quotes and bookings. So you will need to in still confidence, with all the usual things that give customers confidence. I also need to have a crm/backend system where customers can register and see their bookings, pay for journeys, businesses can see their account for jobs they need to pay for. Also my driver can log in and see what jobs they have been assigned. I must be able to edit, cancel or accept new reservations/quotes and then assign to a driver. I have looked at few things and cheapest I can find is using amember script/plugin that allows for many customization. Customer/Driver Login from home page. Can you advise if this is good idea to keep costs low and good system to integrate? If theres anything else please let me know. I will provide a detailed brief to winner.
