Create Ecommerce Site that also has social networking

In addition, I am looking to hire someone a monthly fee to maintain the site. I am providing a little more detail of what I am looking for, but understand that I am open to making adjustments in this project to make it simpler to design. The second part of the site is more a tool to draw people and help churches and organizations raises money to purchase the products that they want. The site is primarily targeting churches. Often churches don’t have the resources to get the products they want. I want the user to be able to go into a portal of our site and set up a community page with some features like facebook. Here is what it would look like. The would set up a community page on our site. 1. At the top of that page will be their picture and the name of their organization. Possible a place where they can write a welcome to anyone who comes to their page or put a vision or mission statement. 2. There will be an area where they can choose our product and put them at the top of their page. They can then communicate to everyone who comes on that page that this is the product that their organization is trying to purchase. 3. There will be a support or donate button on the page so that anyone who goes to the page can go in and hit the donate button and give money towards purchasing the products that they have selected. The page will show how much money they need to raise and how much money they have raised so far. So we need a way of tracking how much money people have given into their account. It will all go into one big account, but we need to develop a way to track people who give to their particular fundrasing effort. 4. On the portal page they need to be able to A. See pictures of their friends like facebook. B. Invite friends, groups to the page C. Show how many friends they have in their page. D. Add photos or videos E. Write comments news feeds that go down the center of the page like facebook F. The people that go onto the portal can go to the organizations page that invited them or they can open their own page and begin the process again of inviting people, putting up product and trying to raise money for the organization that they are representing. The goal is to get a lot of people involved in the purchasing process. Creating excitement around buying a product. Instead of the company coming and just purchasing a product, which the will be to do, they can also get other people on their community page and they can help raise money for purchases.
