We created a specification sheet for a website project. Our demands can be 90% fullfilled by using vld personals or elgg. We want to discuss that with the programmers. 1st. We need 3 custom design Templates embedded in the software. 2nd. We need 1 custom backend for the users/ editors of the site. 3rd. We need custom functions added to the software. Please see attached excel file and pictures. We prefer a agreed custom price depending on the effort of its customizations. After that we can arrange a hourly budget for maintaining the sites.
