Custom E-commerce and back end

Overview: We want an online portal used for scheduling weekly lunch boxes for delivery. This is the major purpose of the application although it wrapped around a community sort of a feel where customers feel that they are an integral part of this community. Details: The user starts with the creation of an account which has all basic information about them plus their dietary concerns and some fun questions that the client wants to ask the user before they signup. Questions or fields would be normal one line text boxes. Also they would have an option to select their default food drop location nearest to them, editable in the client backend (this field would be a dropdown menu) Next they come to a screen where in a calendar layout they are shown the special menus for the days. The menu items would be different for days in a week but the week themselves would have the same menu i.e. menu items are assigned to days of the week such as menu for Monday, menu for Tuesday etc. from the client backend. There would be checkbox beside each of the 4/5 weeks in a month. The days for which a menu is not set would be clearly marked by an x. Therefore is a menu is not defined for Sundays, all Sundays would have a “x” mark on them. Selecting one checkbox would highlight that week and would prompt the user to customise the week. There would be a login check before the next screen where they now schedule their orders. Now the days of the week for which the menus have been setup from the backend show up and they can select the specific days on which they want their food. Next Step: They are now shown the days that they selected and now they customize the order for that day. The menu would have 4 attributes: Salad, Main, dessert and addons. Each attribute would have a price associated with them also editable in the backend. So they customise the week day by day until the selected days are customised. Now they select the drop location which is by default the one that they chose while signup, but they can change it from here. Also, they get to choose if they want to repeat the order for more than one week. All items are then added to the cart and available for checkout. When the user clicks checkout he has two options to choose form. He can either vote for getting a discount coupon for his next order based on the quantity of the lunch boxes he is ordering or vote for the rebate going to a local charity, The votes from all the orders for a month would form a poll and either all customers for the month would be given discount codes or the amount of these discounts go to charity. This could be manual but we will need a discount coupon system. Then they pay for their order. Any free to setup shopping cart can be used. Backend Reporting: We should be able to download an excel sheet of the orders where each menu item can have a shortcode and the excel sheet displays the shortcode for every order. Eg if there are 3 types of mains for Monday, the shortcodes could be M1,M2 and M3. They shold also be able to create labels for sticking to the lunch boxes. So the system will generate a file, lets say pdf, that we could print off as labels to go on lunch boxes. Any questions, please let us know.
