Custom wordpress theme needed - repost 3

We need a simple wordpress template designed. The design is rather basic but we need very accurate visual consistency. Over and above that we need the ability to customise certain areas of the pages. Specifically the home page. The attached files would give a very accurate idea of the nature of work. Please see the attached images as also the text file where specific features have been listed. The design must be responsive and we should be able to install the theme on an existing wordpress installation. Salient features 1. We need the backgroud color of the boxes to be customisable 2. Need to customise each catergory with a color and the name of the same would be displayed in that color across the site. 3. The home page is filled with blue boxes that should be controlled from the backend- we only need to control the category from which the post is pulled. Some mechanism to prevent duplication of post name on the page. [login to view URL] page to have a provision for providing summary text that would be used on the home page and other areas of the site that use these boxes 5. The white areas on the home page work differently from the boxes, we have included a poll(any of the popular plug in to be used and customised to look like the way we have shown). We have a video area- in the backend we should be able to insert the video with the title as shown. We have one quote that should be configurable and two comment areas that we should be able to control through the backend by typing out the content, post name and the link to the same. 6. Need to be able to change the backgound image of the entire site with the ability to choose from a color or use an image with and without tiling in both axis 7. Ability to select which post appears as the large post on the home page- can be made sticky? or could have a special category for this ? 8. Ability to attach thumbnail images to each post to ensure that proper images appear on the home page. Category page: 1. Similar to the layout of the home page. 2. Category name highlighted as shown 3. The same video, quote and the comment from the home page can be displayed here again 4. Posts from this category would be displayed 5. Footer from the home page to be used here too. Post page: 1. highlight the categories that the post belongs to as shown 2. display the latest posts from the side in the left column 3. display more posts from the same category in the bottom of the page 4. Use the same footer as being used across the site 5. Create the styles in the paragraph as shown such that they can be used while posting Search page 1. Footer as in other pages. 2.
