Hi, I have gone through the project brief and mock-up images and I understand that you need a dating website with the functionality mentioned in the mock-up images. As you have mentioned that the mock up images cover 90-95% functionality so I am assuming that you do not need a back-end admin section which can control the site. As you are a .Net programmer and understand SDLC, you must be aware initial phase of system study and design is most important. I haven taken a look into your mockups, and I've got general feeling that I pretty much understand all the requirements, which is rarely achieved by employers here. So, that's a big plus at the start. Now, I've put 60 days as a 'no longer then' date, and a fee of 2700$ for me, simple because due to standard difference between USA and Croatia. 2700$ is a fee that can make this project only one I work on for the next 60 days, 8-10 hours, 5-6 days if needed. Thing that you've added to the requirements afterwards is the general responsiveness of the site. That's something that is actually a standard in web now days and in my opinion, should be default for every web. We all use our smartphones to access the internet, at least at home, even more then the laptops/pcs. I would develop this app in CakePHP framework. You might have heard of it, as it is broadly used especially in the States. Front end and responsiveness - Bootstrap. I'd say Bootstrap is a cutting edge technology at the moment, with a high quality support. I'm 25 years old, working as a freelancer for about a year (after masters degree in informatics).
