Design a auction website that is controlled only by admin

We need a completely new website designed that functions very similarly to eBay. Here are the basic functions of the site: 1. Users visit the website homepage and then can select whether to 'buy' or 'sell' by clicking buttons. 2. If users select the 'buy' button they are redirected to a page where they can select categories and then view a list of auctions, this page must allow users to filter the results. The user can then view all the auctions and if they want to bid they have to either sign up or log in. They can then place an ANONYMOUS bid on the auction. 3. If users select the 'sell' button they are redirected to a page similar to the eBay auction listing creator page whereby they can fill out the form with all the necessary details and upload images. They can then submit the form which will be sent to an admin. 4. You must create an admin system which would allow the admin to control all the auctions, when the form is submitted to the admin they can review it before posting it on the auction list of the website. 5. After users win an auction the seller is charged a % of the total selling price, the payment gateway will be through credit & debit card & Paypal. 6. The seller will be constantly updated when a bid is placed on their auction by email or sms. 7. The payment system must be as similar to eBays payment system as possible (payment held until buyer confirms they received item & resolution center) So to recap here is a map of how the site will operate: Homepage > Seller > sign up or login page > auction listing form > "your auction will go live soon" page + link to their auction. Homepage > Buyer > Auction category & search page > Auction listing > Bid or buy now > Auction win confirmation & postage/collection details > Payment. This project is for a test site first and then the full website so i expect a test site to be presented to me before the design of the final website can begin, this is to ensure my needs are met. Please give examples of your work - not someone else's. I would also like a 1 x page mock up design before awarding the project. I will not use any submitted designs until I have awarded the project.
