Directory Listing Website in WordPress | Repost

I am looking to build a Directory Listing Website in WordPress. I need to build the website in one of the following Directory Listing Themes. I will buy the Theme we are going to choose. I really like Geotheme. You must be able to give reasons for selecting a Theme. I may have questions. Basically a website where people can search for a particular business based on Location ( Town/City) Country ZIP CODE etc For example you can consider this I want to build a website where people can search for KFC restaurants at any place all over the world. Basically someone would be entering the Country/City/Zip etc and click Search and website lists the listings which can be clicked for details. ( This is the only type we need. We wont be dealing with a website which can list Multiple Business Types. ) What I mean to say is We won't be needing a website which can search for multiple businesses like textiles,restaurants, coffee shops, pubs etc from a single page. We just need a website which can specifically search for a single type of business from Multiple areas. I need a fully customized design for Home Page and inner pages so that I can place Ads on them. Someone with good Wordpress experience and a bit of Design abilities can do this job. Please only bid if you really know what to do.
