ASP.NET C# Document Editor (repost)

I need to have created a webbased (ASP.NET C#) tool where you can generate online documents in 4 document formats, HTML, RTF, TXT and eventually Microsoft DOC, and then save the documents to folders on the webserver. For HTML, RTF & MS DOC should be able to include pictures and preserve formatting The tool should be able to generate groups and import/link users from Active Directory and make use of fields from Active Directory or a SQL Database. Further it should be possible to: Manager create groups Assign users to groups then create number of templates who is assigned to the groups. ie store the template in folders with the groups unique identifier as folder name. If you use FreeTextbox as tool for creating the HTML/RTF/TXT/DOC editor or another similar, then i need you create a drop down field who hold 20 fields or more that i will send to you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
