We have 18 PC CD Rom software titles that currently run on OSX in the callsic environment. This is an emulation system that Apple built into early versions of MAc OSX to enable users to run the old applications while developers ported the code to native OSX Apple stopped shipping the OS9 software that is required for this function to work quite a while back. If you are a new Mac customer you will need to buy OS9 ( About £80 if you can find a copy) for the classic system to work. As a result of the above Apple resellers ( Inc the Applestore) won;t stock non OSX native products Our range was created using Macromedia Director so it might be a simple task to bring these titles up to date. The code need to be reworked/updated to use the latest versions of Macromedia Director thus ensuring compatibilty with the latest MACOS. We can upload code for evaluation onto our FTP site If you think that you are able to do this, please reply asap ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
