Classic Car Website Design - Web 2.0

I am looking for someone who can build me a 1 page photoshop design for a web 2.0 website for a classic car site. The site design will need to have the logo on it from Classic Nation, and will need to be a clean web 2.0 page with the logo. On the bar will be stylized tabs with the following menu links: Home, Pictures, Classifieds, Events, Community On the right hand side, there will be a Register link and login link if the user is logged out, and a profile link and log out link if the person is logged in. The main body of the page will have: The main index page will have the following: Recent classifieds with thumbnails, recent blog entries, recent resto projects entries, upcoming events, recent event pictures, button to post a classified ad, button to post a event, button to tag cars. These are the items that I want on the main page, and I want this to be a very smooth web 2.0 design. I like a lot of rounded edges similar to digg. The chosen design will also be awarded with the remaining page layouts designs. Please submit a mock-up to me with what I am looking for - feel free to make the mock up small and/or water marked. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Files to be delivered in PDF or PSD format.
