Custom software application and site re-design

We are looking for development and implementation of a custom application on our existing website. We have very little experience with website development so we will need advice on what platforms etc we should be using in order to accomplish what we need. **It is very important that this be built so we can make changes and additions in the future. We plan to implement more items in the future but for now only need to sell this 1 item.** Here is what we require: 1) We will be selling 1 specific item (with options for that item) BUT the customer needs to be able to type in their custom dimensions and quantity. The size and quantity will then determine the price. So the software needs to calculate the price based on the dimensions and quantity. We require this to be built and then implemented into our website. We will also need backend access in order to update/change the pricing parameters. 2) We will need a few more pages added to the current site that link up to the order and give the user access to their own account. We also need a page for terms&conditions and a privacy policy. 3) We do not currently sell anything through our website so we will need help setting up our merchants API. For now please quote integrating paypal. 4) We need a database to collect customers information. The customer will be able to login to access their details and place another order. 5a) Our current website is tdhsigns.com. It is very basic and will need to be redesigned and re-coded in order to accommodate these changes. 5b) We need backend access in order to update the content throughout the site, as well as the pictures. We need a facebook link and google connect link. 5c) The website gallery is very important and I want it to be SEO friendly. Each image must have its own description underneath it. 5d)We like the website design and look of the following websites (nothing to do with signs)and want ours to be similar - clean cut and attractive: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would like a custom design that isn't from a template and looks creative and original. ## Deliverables Please see attached wireframe/layout of how I imagine this taking place on the website. We do require a unique design for this that will be very user friendly and easy to navigate. Our goal for this ordering application is to be extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. It needs to look clean and modern yet the most basic person should be able to navigate through it.
