DELPHI & BLUETOOTH SOCKET HELP

Hello. I need an experienced Delphi programmer to help me with a very specific problem. I have created a small program (the code is still primitive, no classes only win api calls) that searches the Bluetooth devices in range through a Bluetooth radio, using the win API calls Bluetoothxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the Windows Sockets Support For Bluetooth (socket creation with the AF_BTH address family.) My problem is that, I find the address of my phone with out a problem (I find the address of the first phone with BlueToothFindFirstDevice), I start a socket, I am connecting to that socket with out a socket error, but I CAN’T send data, neither by the TransmitFile or Send functions. I can’t figure out what is going on and I need someone to complete my program by adding a function like SendFileToBTDevice or something similar. Very important: 1. You need a Bluetooth radio USB device 2. You need the Jedi Windows API headers 3. You need a file (it’s included in my source code) with the corrected version of a file from the Jedi windows API files (it’s a bug that I have found and reported it) that must be copied over the original file of the Jedi API. This is a task for programmers that are experienced in Borland Delphi, but also are familiar with the MS Platform SDK, so bid only if you belong in that category. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
