Delphi Smart Card small project

I have to create a software to manage users, loyalty card and gift card for my own shop. I have usb smart card readers full pc/sc standard compliants. I need a small software delphi 7 and delphi 2007 compatible with these main procedures: * detect inserted card * connect the card with the secret code (PIN) (pin will be hard coded) * read the userID * read the amounts of credits * increase or decrease the credits on card * close the card and other functions: * format/initialize the new cards (with pin,userID, credits) The project must include full sources code and it have to be compatible with Borland Delphi 7 and Codegear Delphi2007. Coder can use external freeware compoment like **Nobbi** [login to view URL] or others component (also commercial) but no activeX, no ocX no .Net. I only need these procedures because user interface and db functions I'll write by myself.
