Delphi printer app

We have an existing Delphi application. This application basically does what we need to do but requires a few tweaks. There are 2 parts to the application, Admin and Client. The Admin part allows the user to create copies of the current printer drivers existing in Windows on his/her PC.? Then the user can set the properties of these copied Printers and change certain preferences. These copied Printers are known as the "toner saving printers". The Client part runs in the system tray, when the user prints anything from within windows, the Client app pops open a small window "Use Toner Saving?", this window has a button, if the user clicks to "use toner saving" then the print job will be sent to the copied Printer ("toner saving printer" as per the Admin part). If the user does NOT click to "use toner saving" then the print job is sent to the normal printer. The changes we require is a few ascetical changes but there may be a few other changes required to ensure that the app works properly as per above.
