Deskbar Needed Quickly!

Hello, I need a deskbar built for windows. This needs to be done very quickly, like in 1-3 days. For someone with experience I think this would be very easy. The deskbar should utilize the facebook api, which you can read up on here [login to view URL] If you click the documentation, you should be able to see all of the API calls which are allowed. I have attached a word document that outlines how all of this should look / work. Please only bid if you are 110% sure you can deliver this fully working without any bugs in a few days.
