DirectX Filter

I require a DirectX Filter in Delphi for my application. Essentially the DirectX Filter would need to *easily* expore a DirectSound interface so that I may attach other VCL's and items to it. The purpose for the DirectSound interface is to void me from having to stop and start the graph to play a file or any other sound item. The DirectX DirectSound Filter will be a source filter - the same as Sound Cards, File Sources etc and will need to be able to accommodate multiple output sample rates and bitrates right up to 192kHz, 24-bit, stereo. The item connecting to the Directsound interface shall be responsible for using the correct sample rate. Thus, I require: * A DirectX Source Filter that exposes an IDirectSound interface that is easy to attach to. * The Filter should accommodate multiple output formats from 8khz, 8-bit mono to 192kHz, 24-bit, stereo. * The Filter should be able to operate flawlessly in instances where there may be one or more of these filters in a graph. Therefore the filter should make provision for the application to refer to a specific instance of the filter. * The filter should expose a method to set the sample and bitrate manually before and while connected to the graph. Specifically, to test the DirectX Filter this VCL component: <[login to view URL]> is a text-to-speech component that allows for attachment to an IDirectSound interface. Your project is complete when a sample application to demonstrate the working of the Filter is tested and verified. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
