CSS Layout Clone

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: This project is for a css/html layout clone of [[login to view URL]][1] I would like to be able to make some sites that are based upon the look of this website. This template should include space for the header, left column, right column, and main body section. I want to be able to change things like wording, colors, images, but I want the layout to stay the same. All css items must be commented so I can know what to change. PROJECT DELIVERABLES: All files, images, etc must be delivered to me via zip file. You must deliver all files to me with instructions on what you did and how you formatted the layout including unique naming conventions. *** CONDITIONS: Buyer will retain all rights and ownership. *** CONSTRUCTION: Project should be css, html based..*** YOUR BID: Please submit a sample with your bid that is representative of your css/html work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
