I am looking for a web based application/database, that will allow me to track the work done on clients. I want to add client information to the DB, such as name, address, phone, and some other information. Then, I want to specify people who can, from remote locations, make notes to a clients "file", but only to the files they have been granted permission to make changes. I also want to be able to grant permission for people from remote location to view ONLY CERTAIN clients information and the notes entered regarding that client. I need to be able to set up users, and assign them permissions with at least 3 levels of access. I would like to be able to run the DB on my webserver. Accessing and making changes to the DB with a web brower would be ideal.
