A Complete Website Redesign with some Added Features

Theme: Oriental, script from [login to view URL] demo at [login to view URL] requirements: 1)Preserve its current color scheme, blue+green. 2)On the video viewing page, the comment box/comments need to be as closed as possible to the video. 3)Also I'd like the comments to be limited per page, users can go to the next page for the 11th comment(example). 4) I'd like the video information to be put at the right of the video and the comments below the video, everything should look symmetry. 5) RESIZE the page width, currently it's at 780px wide, I need it wider, 875px. 6) The size of the video on the video page should be 425x350px 7) Change the Feature This option to a button, this button will be integrated with the next part, please read on. Features that need to be added: 1) Improved algorithm, whenever 10 or any value added from the admin panel people click on the Feature This button, the video will automatically be on the main page. 2) Better comment system, users should be able to edit their comment within 2 minutes (should be set up from the admin panel as well) of posting it. 3) Create a point reputation system: - point system is based on the amount of video uploaded and how many people Feature This that video. - whenever someone has negative points, he/she's account will be suspended for the amount of negative points, like if it's -10, then he/she will be suspended for 10 days. One point is added to negative users per day.
