design and code wordpress template

We are currently looking for a talented designer who can design our new wordpress template AND code it in valid xhtml so it is fully cross browser compliant and passes validity testing. This is for a full wordpress design, to include sidebars (x2) a full header, background, post section, comments section, and all of the usual WP stuff. The theme will need a dynamic menu from within WP's admin (menu creator), which will be positionable in one of three widget area's. In total the theme will require 6 widget area's plus the 3 in the footer - so 9 in total. Not looking for a clean business design, we are a t-shirt manufacturer and will be requiring a fun and colourful design which fits out company name of 'monkey poop'. We have a logo already, and have a simple 'mascot' which we currently use. We will also want the chosen designer to make our mascot into a multi selectable mascot, that is to give him different poses based on what arms, legs, eyes, and accessories are chosen in Photoshop. More details will be given as they are required. To be considered for this project you should start a chat with the word 'excelsior' as your very first word to prove you have read the brief fully. Also, provide samples only of items which are relevant to this project - this means no business templates, no boring templates etc... only templates which are fun and cartoony should be provided. If you are able to provide these things then we can move to the next phase which is you providing a sketch of what you have in mind for the template so we can see if you are the right worker for us.
