Autoresponder System

I need a robust autoresponder system built into my replicated marketing system which I mass market. The autoresponder system will tie into my existing database where all the leads are stored. The replicated marketing system is already built, I just need the autoresponder system to tie to it! The autoresponder system will do the following: * Allow users to create custom messages * Allow users to set when they want their messages delivered * Send messages automatically according to the settings set by the user. * Personalize each message using data from my database. * Automatic spam checker (Like [login to view URL]) * Not mandatory but would be a nice feature to include. * Open and click tracking * Allow users to blast an entire list * Allow users to upload their own leads (1,000 per day limit) This is an extremely URGENT project and will be awarded to the company/person that can guarantee the quickest delivery time over price.
