Business Listing Directory

I am in process of creating an online directory which lists businesses which deliver a particular product to a particular area. FRONT END ---------- I want the website users to be able to enter their SUBURB or POST CODE. Also a sponsored link at the front of the website (which can be managed through the back end) Once they have entered the SUBURB or POST CODE, I want the results to display the businesses which deliver to that particular suburb in a random order. Each business will have its own link when once clicked it will go to another page which will display a logo (which the business can upload) - Contact Details (Phone, Fax, Email, Website) - Delivery Times (monday-sunday). BACK END ---------- - Ability to add/delete/edit business listings. - Ability to add/delete/edit sponsored links. SPONSORED LINKS ---------------- - There to be a sponsored link section on the front page. - A sponsored link on the left hand side of the pages of the listings. MEMBERS AREA ------------ I want the business owners that have listings on the site to have their own member area where they can see how many people have clicked on their listing - replace their uploaded image, update their information. SIGN UP ------- So businesses can submit their listings online - i want them to be able to sign up and type all their information. And to be able to pay by credit card. The info that we will need to sign them up will be: -Contact Info - Business name, contact name, address, phone, email, login and password for members area. -Info for the listing - Business name, Phone Number, Delivery Times, Suburbs and postcodes they deliver to (choose from a drop down box), upload a photo.
