Comparison Site

This will be a site where users can enter comparisons about anything like Google vs Microsoft, France vs Italy etc. and can comment and vote for existing comparisons according to their authorization levels. I actually agreed with a company to do this project but they didn't finish it for a long time and at the end we cancelled the project. Now there is a version which is almost OK except some bugs like problems in authorizations, week's popular lists and sorting of tag cloud. Some modifications and format changes are needed. Also I want to implement new functionalities: RSS and adding other users as favourites. You may prefer to talk to them and buy their version and then correct it or to do it from scratch. Whichever you prefer. They even claim that they solved all problems but since I don't trust them anymore I don't want to work with them. If they are saying the truth you may need to do only small modifications, format changes like alignments and mail formats and add new functionalities...
