I require a csv to LaTeX parser. 1. Be able to convert a csv document, containing an unlimited number of entries, producing output spanning multiple pages. 2. Be able to run on a Windows 7 64 bit PC. 3. The style of the table should be easily definable; the font and text size should be defined from the supplied latex header file. 4. The source code must be well commented, to allow later editing. Choice of language is up to you. 5. The output must contain 4 columns as shown in the attached pdf, with headers on each page. 6. The parser must run from a command line. The csv source and a pdf showing how the table is currently formatted are attached.
