I would like to create a lighting effect similary in quality to the video at this URL [login to view URL] I need to take a picture of a house, and a picture of a swimming pool, and add effects that make it look like christmas lights are installed. Basically I want to recreate the video almost exactly at [login to view URL] , but starting from no lights. I want the video to be able to animate as well just like in the posted URL.

Would you please provide more info about project? you need add light to same house ? I will provide realistic video using photoshop, After effect and cinema 4D considering global illumination, ambient occlusion and reflection and refraction on a plane surface.
