Create a Branding Video

I am a one-person start-up (Business name: Pinch), focusing on dim sum and fresh spring rolls. I will have a stand at a market where I will be selling fresh spring rolls but I want to convey more about what my business does, aside from markets, and would like to achieve this by having a professional video/presentation running on my laptop so people can watch it while we plate up their food. I want the video to visually convey 1) What "Pinch" is (what types of events we do 2) What an end-to-end Pinch dinner looks like (want customers to see this and go - 'oh, that would be great to do with my friends') 3) How Pinch gives back (1 for 1 structure - for each meal sold, a meal is donated to a person in need) 4) Tell the story of how Pinch came to be 5) casually let people know that the food is actually pretty healthy for them This needs to be done totally visually (text is ok) but with no sound and I'd like the length of the video to be around 3-5 minutes, running on a loop. I have photos to share which may or may not need to be pimped out and I also have some loose ideas about how to tell the story but am lacking in the visual designer/technical abilities to take what's in my head, and put it in a nice presentation to accurately represent the Brand to consumers.
