Artwork for The Spoils CCG - we need even more good artists!

We are looking for some good artists to produce artwork for our card game The Spoils. We have a real winner on our hands with awesome gameplay, but we are also a smaller company with limited resources, so we can only currently offer $75 per artwork. But we hope to raise the salary over time!! For more information on the art assignments please contact me. Here is a broad description of the work process. The artworks we need should be of size 17x11 inches at 300 dpi and the working process will look something like this: 1) Artist receives broad description of picture 2) Artist sketches 2-3 suggestions of what the picture could look like 3) Arcane Tinmen Art Director (AD) picks one of the sketches 4) AD perhaps suggest changes to that sketch 5) Artist revises sketch and produces rough of work (a more detailed work-in-progress) 6) AD approve detailed sketch or WIP and/or request revisions 7) Artist finishes work
