Looking for someone who has knowledge in circuit design for timing . we are looking for a circuit that will be run by a timer such as a 555 or better to turn up to (5) 5 amp pnp transistors the timing would be approx .25 of a second on and .5 seconds off original design we would like pots on board so we can adjust till we get both times exact as we believe these are the correct times but will not know until project is done

Hi I am interested to this project. I am familiar with electronics as well as PCB design by eagle. I don't where you will use it but I think mosfet will be better than transistor. Because due to on resistance transistor will generate hues hit compare to mosfet. Mosfet is very low on resistance. Thanks.

This is a simple enough circuit design, and there is nothing wrong with the versitility of the 555 timer family, amazing in 1971 and still used in the billions. I am assuming that all 5 timers are triggered from the same source and have variable hold off periods followed by a variable 'on' period. A simple timing diagram would be helpful. Do you want an actual PCB? or would a wire wrapped or point to point soldered prototype do your job at this stage? If you need it as a PCB do you have a prefered format in mind or just as gerber files (for any manufacturer). I have not allowed for the cost of PCB maunfacture only design.
