I need to implement Email Response management system in SAP solution Manager for an Inbound and Outbound mail. Following are the few milestones i neeed to complete. 1. ITSM configuration 2. BPMN model of the business case 3. Configuration of ERMS 4. Creation of Business Rule For doing these mailestones, there are few things like SMTP configuration, parameter creation, client email settings, my email settings and testing the inbound and outbound email response. But because of not knowing, how to work on the SAP tool, I am unable to do the project. I need guidance till this project is completed. I have uploaded the project information document which i knew. Please check and let me know your views.

Hi I see that you have already done a lot of work in collecting the right kind of information which makes the work of anyone who works on this project a lot more easier . I have worked on configuration of the SMTP node and inbound and outbound email for SAP SRM module before and should be able to handle this work easily . I can prepare a similar document for your reference after the project gets completed . I am SAP SRM certified and have been working in SAP in development , support and implementation projects since last 8 years and setting up system is one of the key aspects which I have worked on a couple of times . The total projects I have handled till date is around 7 spanned across different geographies . I should be able to handle - SMTP configuration - ITSM configuration - Configuration of ERMS - Creation of Business Rule However I am not sure what you are looking for in BPMN model of the business case? ITSM setup itself is a complex and time consuming task. So far i understand, ERMS needs to be setup for inbound & outbound email in ITSM. I believe ITSM is setup already. Will setup business role in ITSM in this duration. I have 10+ yrs of experience of implementing various functionality of Solution Manager. Implemented various complex workflow of ITSM & ChaRM with bi-directional integration of 3rd party.
