bus driver scheduling using TLBO algorithm

The project is to about to address the bus driver scheduling problem using evolutionary algorithms such as GA,TLBO,PSO. In literature there are many papaers are availables on Bus driver scheduling problem solved using GA,[login to view URL], but, as more advantages of TLBO over the other evolutionary algorithms. I have decided to solve this project using the TLBO algorithm. the objectives, procedure and constrained need to be initialize and implemented as per details mentioned in document.
