I am happy to edit a sample of your book and will work closely with you to obtain the best size and layout of your book. Once this has been decided, I will use either Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher or Adobe InDesign to finalize your manuscript with all the correct margins, embedded fonts and layout guides according to how use the file will be utilized.
