Creative Google Adwords Certified Expert Needed

I am looking for a candidate who is Extremely Experience with Google Ad Word, knows how to manage and Optimize the campaigns, knows all the tips and tricks and knows exactly what you are doing. I have done Google Ad Word campaigns in the past but these campaigns have not be optimised and are not working as hard as they should be in driving traffic to my site. Candidate needs to be able to fulfill the following minimum criteria but not limit to: - Have excellent spoken and written English skills in order to effectively manage our Google Ad Word campaign - Writing and optimizing new ads - Attention to details - Good analytical and creative skills - Maximize budget and result with the minimum spending on per click - Manage keywords add or delete wherever necessary - Gain high quality score and improve PPC campaigns - Excellent placement targeting, customer targeting etc - Setup new campaigns/ads/keywords whenever required - Provide daily report of progress. Once we feel that you are who we are looking for, you do not have to provide report on daily basis. Weekly or bi-weekly will be sufficient. - Able to suggest plan and implement on how the campaigns should/will be run. My website is sells designer rugs, cushions and homewares plus I offer interior design services.
