Craiglist Style Website

This will be a website on for one particular niche of goods, not all things like craigslist. It will have a similar format however it will charge for the listings. There will need to be a search engine on it, capable searching for items, by price range, by state, city zip code etc... It will need to have a feature that will display 'Items Near You For Sale' which will user the IP address of the person searching and display items withing a range of miles set by the user, default to be set by admin. I will show you a similar website and YOU must be creative and help design the features similar to the website with a different look though. There will be no fancy graphics or anything of that nature. Straight and to the point. Please let me know if you have any questions.
