Convert Access Database queries to SQL stored procedures

Hi, I have an MDB file with tables and queries. I've already converted the tables to SQL 2005 tables. Now what I want is to convert the queries to SQL stored procedures (NOT views). I have: 21 update queries, 13 delte queries, 88 select queries. Most of the queries contain parameters. Which should be switched to declare input parameters in SQL 2005. (no output parameters are needed). Most of the select queries are simple basic queries. few contain joins. All queries should be tested to work in SQL 2005. This is very important. The selected bidder should tell me if a file of the Sql with the tables is needed or there is no need for this file to create the stored procedures (i can provide MDF file). No optimization should be made. Only convert to Stored Procedures and test that they work when inputting some info. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS Access 2003, SQL Server 2005
