This is very easy work: In the attached folder there are 15 files. First consolidate all the files into one. Make sure that for all files company names go in one column, addresses goes in one column, etc. Then create a new column that in row 1 has the header "MT?". Then look closely at columns C (Company) and D (AKA). For each company (each row), if the company appears to be a medical transcription company, enter the text "MT" in the new column. If the company appears to not be a medical transcription company, enter the text "1" in the new column. If you are uncertain, leave the cell blank. Hint: If the company name contains the words "medical" or "transcription" it is probably a medical transcription company. Medical transcription deals in the process of transcription, or converting voice-recorded reports as dictated by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals into text format. You can learn more about what a medical transcription company is at the Wikipedia article on medical transcription: [login to view URL]
