We are an Italian Engineering Consultancy specialized in industrial design as well as mechanical and civil engineering. We are rapidly growing and we would like to develop our Back Office. Therefore, we are currently selecting a Back Office Operator in Albania that will be performing telemarketing activities on our customers in Italy, working from home. Main duties: - Telephone contact of prospects based on lists provided by us - Appointments booking - Scouting of new possible business contacts - Managing commercial databases Required skills: - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken) - Accuracy, flexibility and motivation - Good interpersonal skills - Having a personal computer - Good knowledge of MS Office Suite - Availability to travel to Tirana for periodic meetings Please note that we are looking for long-term collaboration.
